Why am I looking?
I have a disabled brother - Thorne (left). We have different fathers but the same mother Charlene (middle). Thorne's father Mel left our mother shortly after Thorne was born in late 1969 / early 1970. I was born a few years later in 1975 when mom re-married, but that marriage didn't last long either, my dad left in 1978.
So, mom raised us both on her own, working multiple jobs. Unfortunately, at the age of 54, she died of breast cancer in October of 1999 after an aggressive 9 month battle.
Thorne and I still live in Cincinnati, we're doing great and don't need anything from Mel....
What do we want?
1. Does Thorne have any other family members? Surely...
2. It would be nice to meet before we're all dead. But I guess I respect your right to privacy.
